Enhanced Services Specialist

Job Description

Local wealth management firm specializing in delivering holistic financial planning solutions to high net worth individuals is seeking a Marketing Associate or, more appropriately, an Enhanced Services Specialist. The position is part time with some flexibility at this point, and is responsible for coordinating client events and workshops, delivering concierge services to A+ and A clients, updating our website, and scheduling client appointments. The Enhanced Services Specialist must be professional, caring, and genuinely interested in making other people feel special and cared for.

The position requires the gift of hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, an extraordinary client service attitude, and a passion to assist other. Integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality are essential.
