Coach Jim  is a sought after speaker on leadership, team effectiveness, strategic planning, communication, sales/sales management, and customer service.  My college football coaching experience taught me basic life-lessons that are critical for success in today s fast-paced lifestyle.  Jim is also an author and active in community affairs.A veteran consultant and workshop facilitator, Jim brings over thirty years of leadership, management, and sales experience to Jim Henderson consulting. Formerly with Management Solutions Group (a Nashville based consulting and training company) and Wilson Learning, Jim is actively involved in marketing as well as designing and facilitating workshops.Jim s formal training includes a Bachelors Degree from Central College of Iowa and a Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduation, Jim returned to Central College and served as Director of Career Planning   Placement and as an Assistant Football Coach. He later left education to enter the business arena and begin his career in consulting.
