Tim Shaver is a well-known speaker and business expert who delights his audience with human insight and mastery of business techniques. After graduating from the United Sates Military Academy with a Bachelors of Engineering and serving as an infantry officer in both command and staff assignments. Tim spent twenty years working for both family-owned and public corporations.
He brings a wealth of business knowledge and indepth understanding of the challenges facing small and mid-sized businesses in today’s economy. He has been involved in the acquisition of twelve different businesses. He has held the positions of facility engineer, plant manager, sales manager, corporate trainer, director of operations and VP of Manufacturing. Tim is currently a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Nashville Association of Sales Professionals, and Sales and Marketing Executives International.
