Becky Harrell, CPA, KraftCPAs
Becky, a member with KraftCPAs, has over 30 years of public accounting experience, concentrated primarily in nonprofit and governmental accounting and auditing.
Becky has extensive experience in assisting a variety of nonprofit organizations including hospitals, health and welfare organizations, religious organizations, trade associations, arts and cultural organizations, foundations, schools and civic organizations, as well as governmental agencies including cities, water and wastewater agencies, utilities, emergency communication districts and housing and urban development agencies.
In addition to her client responsibilities at KraftCPAs, Becky teaches continuing professional education courses in nonprofit and governmental accounting and auditing for CPA firms across the country, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Becky is a member of the TSCPA and the AICPA. She is currently a member of the TSCPA audit committee.
Becky serves on the Nashville Downtown Partnership Board as treasurer and is a board member and treasurer of the Center for Nonprofit Management. She is also a board member of the Dan and Margaret Maddox Charitable Trust. Becky has been involved as a board member and treasurer of the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute Fund since 1994.
Becky graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1976 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Ross Scott, Ed.D., Culture & Communications Lead, Healthways
Ross Scott leads culture and communication initiatives at Healthways. Prior to his current role, Ross created the education solutions team at Healthways.
Ross’s background prior to the corporate world was higher education. He was Assistant Dean of Students and Director of New Student Programs at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Before that, he was Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life and Judicial Affairs at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He remains adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University and is teaching a graduate course in Communications this fall.
Ross holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/English from Texas A&M University.
Ross is a recent Nashville volunteer of the year, working with the Middle Tennessee Council of the Blind; he is a TEDhead and serves on the local TEDx think tank; and he actively supports the Human Rights Campaign and Southern Poverty Law Center.
