Speaker: Matt Lowney, DaVita
Matt Lowney is a recruiting professional with 10 years experience, primarily in healthcare. For the last five years, Matt has been recruiting manager with DaVita, a Fortune 500 healthcare company that specializes in kidney care and dialysis. In this role, he’s responsible for eight recruiters and 1,600 clinical hires annually for a business unit covering 13 states and 450 outpatient centers. When not recruiting, Matt leads a networking group for recruiters called the Talent Acquisition Networking Source (TANS) and hosts "Career Talk", a weekly career advice show on Newschannel5+. Matt lives in Franklin with his wife, Ashley, and daughter Sophia.
