In April, 2009, The Caterpillar Financial Center in Nashville was awarded the LEED -EB (R) Gold form the United States Green Building Council (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings). Join us as Stephen Zanolin, Global Facility Manager at Catepillar Financial, discusses the conversion of the existing building to Gold Certified and achieved the prestigious LEED EB Gold Standard of Facility Management Award.

Steve Zanolini, a 10 year veteran Caterpillar employee and its Global Facility Manager, has been in facilities management for the past 35 years. With an MBA in General Management from JFK University, a B.A. in English from Sonoma State University and an Associates in Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College, Steve’s extensive education and experience in the conversion of the existing Caterpillar Financial building to LEED EB Gold Standard will provide for an interesting discussion on how they achieved this prestigious award.

Joining Eric and Mike will be Eric Scheffer with SSRCx.
