Rhea Little, Owner, Rhea Little Tire & Auto Repair
Rhea E. Little, III was elected to the Brentwood City Commission in 2009. Rhea served on the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Rotary Club of Brentwood Board of Directors.
Rhea received his bachelor's degree from Belmont University after graduating from Franklin High School. He worked at Random House Publishing before joining the family business, Rhea Little Tire & Auto Repair.

Bill Pfaender, Owner, Chick-fil-A at Thoroughbred Square
Bill Pfaender is the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A restaurant at Thoroughbred Square in Cool Springs. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Bill served as an Officer with the US Marine Corps and retired in 1998 after 21 years of active duty. Upon retirement, Bill joined the Chick-fil-A family, operating a mall unit in Asheville, NC. Winning Rookie of the Year honors in the mall, he set his sights on relocating to a higher potential opportunity.
During the 10 years at his current location, Bill has won numerous operational/service awards, including Chick-fil-A's highest award, "Symbol of Success" in 2005. Focused on creating "Raving Fans", Bill is committed to training and developing his team to go the extra mile to ensure the community receives a truly remarkable, memorable dining experience. Aggressive community involvement and building relationships at all levels is the centerpiece of Bill's marketing efforts.

Lauralea Tanner, MiraMed Global Services, Inc.
Lauralea Tanner is Senior Vice President of Global Services for MiraMed Global Services, Inc., an international healthcare company that provides coding and billing solutions to over 700 hospitals and 8,000 physicians across the company.
Ms. Tanner has been in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years and has held senior-level positions in Sales, Customer Service and Account Management for large national as well as local healthcare companies such as Emdeon. While at Emdeon, Ms. Tanner developed the Relationship Management program, and under her leadership the team managed over 650 client relationships and over $250 million in annualized revenue. From time to time, Ms. Tanner also shares her views on maintaining and growing customer relationships on her related blog.
